Add cells that meet certain conditions

I am using excel 2007. I have an employee time sheet I am working on. The user will need to enter one of the following in cells I10 thru I26: "YES" "NO" or "UNKNOWN". Cells P10 thru P26 are the corresponding cells that displays the hours of that day worked. I would like cell E31 to add the hours in cells P10 thru P26 that have a "YES" entered in the corresponding columns I10 thru I26. Cell E32 will display total hours with "UNKNOWN" and Cell E33 will display total hours with "NO" entered in the cell.

Can you help??

Post an example workbook please.
You have a request list several items long. I have no problems helping people with sheets they're working on, but I'm not building it from scratch. Please post what you've got so far, and we'll see what we can do for you.

I'm actually heading out for the night. If you haven't found an answer by the time I shake off my hangover I'll go over it tomorrow. For future reference, pretty much any instance of a multi-variable interface system question is expediated a great deal by posting an example.
