I am new in the whole universe of excel, but i understand how to make a formula that shows if a number is prime or not:

I want to know if there is a formula that shows (if the number is composed) from what numbers is composed (like 45=3*3*5)

    Re: About composed numbers

If A1 contains a number, then this formula (confirmed with Cntrl+Shift+Enter, not just Enter)

    =MAX(IF(MOD( A1 / ROW(INDIRECT("1:" & INT(SQRT(A1)) ) ), 1) = 0, ROW(INDIRECT("1:" & INT(SQRT(A1) ) ) ) ) )

returns the largest factor (not necessarily prime).
