Count unique values in pivot table

Hello All,
I want to count only a unique values in a pivot table. I have business type and product type as field names and i want to count the Product Type for every Business Type. Any hep will be appreciated. Pls. see the attached sample file of what i am trying to achieve. Thanks.

Just remove the "Count of Product Type" from the Pivot Table by dragging it to the Fiield List. There is no need to have a count if it unique and singular.
