(IF formula) Adding extra functions

I currently have this formula feeding through on the "weekly timetable" worksheet.

=If(and(Future!$J5>=D5,Future!$J5<=E5),Future!$J5>0,IF(AND(C$4>Quote!$D4,'Weekly Timetable'!D$4<Quote!$E4),Quote!$G4,0))

I'm not sure if i need to add another IF statement to this.
Attached is a sample of the workbook.

Problem:
I only want cell J5 to be projected in the "Future" spreadsheet if it's > 0, & i only want that number to be projected in the "Weekly Timetable" spreadshee for the weeks it is specified from the dates in cell "Future" F5 & G5.

Can anyone help?
