Suppress Zero Values in Pivot Table

I have a large pivot table that will be filtered out to different departments. The issue is data with zero YTD values showing up and making the report longer than it needs to be.

How can I suppress zero values in a pivot table?

    Thanks in advance!

A few options I guess given you have the YTD column already...

One way would be to duplicate the YTD field by adding it as a ROW Field (in addition to DATA Field if you wish to keep in that section) - then simply unselect option 0 from the YTD Field & hide the field column if you wish.

    Morning,

The easiest way to achieve this would be to add a "helper column" in your data source and use this as a page field in your pivot table.

The attached file demonstrates the point.

    Hope that helps.

    regards,

    Pete
