Need help calculating Total Paid on loan per year and interest paid per year

I'm not too familiar with excel so I would highly appreciate it if someone could help find the formulas for the below numbers.

This first picture shows the two numbers that i'm trying to end up with, circled in red.

The second picture shows what I currently have on my worksheet.

I found out that if i have did b8-c8 i would get 30549.12 which if I added to the number 47850.54 ( in picture #1 cell E8) I would get the number that i need in cell F8. But if i did the same for F9 i would get a different number.

So i'm trying to figure what I need to do to get those numbers that are circled in red in the first picture. I would appreciate if i could get some assistance with this, thanks.

I'm trying to figure how to come up with the numbers in cells D8, D9 and E8. The "instructions" are in the Word attachment. Instructions E, F, and F.

Well it won't let me attach it because it is too big of a file but i will just type it out here then.

e. Cell D8 – Use a formula to compute the Total amount paid on the loan for the 1st year (interest and principle—total out of pocket for the year).
f. Cell D9 – Use a formula to compute the Total amount paid on the loan in previous year(s) plus this year. (Total amount paid so far on the loan.)
f. Cell E8 - Use a formula to compute the Total Interest paid in the 1st year.

in Cell D8 i need to end up with 78,399.66. in E8 i need 47,850.54 and in D9 i need 156,799.3258
