Excel is not my strong point at all,
I have a spreadsheet with 3000 rows and in which column 'D' has the Title (Status) on row1 and will have the words "ALL-Signed" on certain rows.
I would like to extract only these rows with "All-Signed" to another worksheet where the rows are all grouped together i.e. not seperated by blank rows.
Click on row 1
Select DATA > AUTOFILTER and selection boxes will appear across row 1
Click on D1 and select "All Signed" from the pick list
Now you're looking at only the desired rows, the others are hidden.
This may be all you need, you can actually work with the data in this way. Just click on D1 and select ALL to get everything back, or just turn off the AUTOFILTER the same way you turned it on.
Once you HAVE filtered the data as shown, you can just copy and paste to another sheet, too, it will ignore hidden rows.
