Conditional Sum Error

I am attaching the sheet I am working on - it is a very simple spreadsheet and I need to have a conditioanl sum formula in several of the cells, however, for some reason when I enter the one and only condition to the formula, it comes back with an error saying "The formula you are building is too long. Please specify fewer conditions"....but I am only specifying ONE condition

I need cell G21 to have the results of a conditional sum that if the cells in range H7:H17 display 012-1250 sum the corresponding values from range F7:F17. I need that similar conditional some in some adjacent cells with different criteria, but if someone can help me figure out why I am getting this error I would GREATLY appreciate it!
