    Hi Dears
    Hope you will Help me, Example =countif(a1:a20,"<10")and(b1:b20,"=Cancel")
    so what i want " Count Coloumn A cells if <10 and if Coloumn B meet Cancel"

    lalicom, our forum rules don't allow "thread hijacking" so I've made this into a thread of its own.....

    Try using SUMPRODUCT, e.g.

    =SUMPRODUCT((A1:A20<10)*(B1:B20="Cancel"))

    No -- you can't use full-column references in SUMPRODUCT in Excel 2003.
