Vlookup or Countif using text strings

Hi,
Hope you can help with this.
In the attached sheet I have a list of names with hours overtime hours worked.
I want a small table on the sheet which looks up when "name x more" occurs.
In cell C14 for example I want it to count the number of times "Mark More" occurs in column I, but the name may change in C13, so I want to automate this - so the countif in cell C14 will reference whatever text is in C13.
Can this be done?
