Based on your sample file
Assumes all but section Y:Z must have an "X" in one (and only one) of the columns (ie Y:Z appears to be optional - denoted perhaps by values being encased - eg (1) (2) ?)Please Login or Register to view this content.

Another quick question. If for example, the sample file that I had sent earlier, the form had been filled by hand and converted to pdf, is there any way to transport that into an excel table similar to the sample file? or do I have to do it manually?
