Grabbing and sorting info from another worksheet.

Generally speaking, I want to grab information from the Batting and Pitching Register worksheet, sort it, and place it into the League Leaders worksheet. Example:

In cells K14-K23 in the League Leaders worksheet, I want to grab the ten highest HR totals from the Batting and Pitching Register HR column, cells H5-H139. They are to be placed in K14-K23, sorted from the highest to the lowest. Then, in cells I14-23, the Player (column B on the Batting and Pitching Register) and Team (column C) corresponding to each of these numbers must be placed, thusly: Aaron, MIL

I know this one might be complex, but I'd appreciate any help that I can get. If someone can show me how to do it with the Homeruns, I can probably figure how to do it with the other categories.
