I would like to formulate the following formula for the attached worksheet. I would like to check the "Cost Centre (A2) on sheet 1 and match this cost centre with sheet 2. Then I would like to match the payroll code for this cost centre on sheet 1 with sheet 2. I want to add all the payroll code values that are the same together (for e.g payroll code 1+1 etc). and return the value. Please refer to the attached book. Would anyone be able to assist me in this formula please?
