Is there a way to create a program or something to go with Networkdays to call out the holidays rather than having to list them in an area on the spreadsheet?
Thanks:

Good afternoon tnoble17
Not quite sure exactly what you're asking, but these two articles by Chip Pearson should help you out.

Please familiarise yourself with the rules before posting. You can find them here.
Thanks for the links there is a lot of good information there, but it wasn't what I was looking for. When you use the function networkdays as given in the instructions you ahve to go create a range called holidays so that it knows what to exclude. My question was is there a way to add some type of script to network days to tell it the holidays rather than having to create the range?
Thanks
Not sure I can help much, but if I can ask what do you mean script? Are you just opposed to putting your holiday list on a sheet and reference that way?
I think FWIW the OP is stating they wish to download public holidays from a live site or other (or store in memory ?) ... why is unknown.

I honestly do not know about writing a script.
