Generate three different results from one list

Hi

Please find attached an example sheet

I have one list with data... Name, Handle, Result

I want to have three lists from that data

List 1 would have top ten highest results
List 2 would have top ten lowest results

Some results will be the same so I would need each Name listed as they appear in the main list until ten is reached.

List 3 would have top ten handle, but would not include anyone in list 1 or 2

This will be a shared workbook

D4:F13 copied to G4:I13 but I4:I13 should use SMALL rather than LARGE (others remain the same)

The final list is more complicated of course...

pending number of entries (as in your sample) you will get errors in the latter rows in Col K (expected)

The above aren't trivial - I would say you would be better off adding a Rank based number adjacent to source (ie adjacent to main list based on Handle / Result numbers etc) and populating the other tables from that rank identifier.

Yours seems to work great on my pc XL2000 I will give it a try at work who are still in the dark ages using XL97
