Crossmatch 2 sheets and copy data from another cell into another sheet

How can I create this formula? I have an excel data in 2 worksheets, I need to crossmatch the two sheet and pull data from one to another. Example sheet 1 has name (A), and 2 columns of ID numbers (B, C). Sheet 2 has name (D)and 1 column of ID numbers (E). I need to match the Name and ID number (D, E) in sheet 2 to the ID number (B) in sheet 1 and if a match insert the ID number from Sheet 1 (C) into sheet 2. (F)
