Lightbulb Making Two identical Worksheets, Problem with Text Boxes

I am using a workbook and have two worksheets that need to be identical with the only difference being, how a persons daily fee is shown. In Worksheet 1, it is shown as #days and in Worksheet 2 it is shown as the # of hours. Otherwise everything else in this 5 page bid is identical between the two worksheets.

I Made a copy of Worksheet 1. and called it Worksheet 2. I'm going into each cell (for example in Worksheet 2 cell 31, I would type: ='Worksheet1'!N31. This way as a person uses the 1st worksheet, all the same information is going into the 2nd worksheet.

I am having trouble with two Textboxes though. I cannot see how to use my method above to have the information in the text boxes carry over. There is no way to type the formula to refer to the 1st Worksheet. These text boxes have all the project notes on them and as a person fills those out on Worksheet 1, I need the same information on Worksheet 2.

I am not familiar with macros yet. so hopefully there is a way to accomplish this.

I am using Excel 2008 in compatibility mode because no one I know has the latest version.

Thank you for any help attempts.

    Is this on a Mac?

What kind of TextBoxes - which menu did you add them from?
    Hope that helps.

Yes I am using a Mac. I added the text boxes from the formatting palette that is available in the View menu. I noticed that my text box was named: textbox6 in that little window where the cell name usually is, but Worksheet 2, doesn't seem to recognize that when I substitute the name textbox 6 for the cell #.

thank you for your reply! Hope you can help...but thanks either way!

I also have a PC so if your solution involves me doing this on my PC, I can do that too!
