    Some kind of lookup...

Got a range of sales people and their sales numbers. Done the hookup of the #1 to ... by using the "large" function, but I cannot get the names from the array. Excel cannot get a match due to the internal calculation craziness. One is 7.58xxx the other 7.59xx something.
How can I get the names once I have the number?
    Example:

    a b
    1 joe 2000
    2 mike 1700
    3 dave 2100
    4 jim 1200

by the way the original numbers are calculations of some total divided by some number and displayed as a %.

    My new table shows...
    c d
    5 no name 2100
    6 no name 2000
    7 no name 1700
    8 no name 1200

My apologies! I will find it, and stay in the appropriate forum! The name of this forum was misleading to me, sorry!

Oh, sorry, is it now in the correct forum? I cannot recall where I initiated it. Seems to be in the right forum, excel worksheet functions.
