Function for using test data to build student list

I am working on a grading spreadsheet for a middle school to analyze student test data. I want to include a function to make it easy for teacher to build lists of students who fall below a certain grade threshold, without requiring them to filter the data on their own, since many of them have varying levels of technological competence.

The first sheet is the test score data. It is automatically set to grade and quartile the students and send counts to the second sheet. But at the bottom of the second sheet, I would like to build a list of students scoring less than 86% on the test.

Thank you in advance for all of your help.

Always a good idea to provide a meaningful amount of sample data...

    One approach...

First change below (to avoid latter circular references)

Then, to generate the final table of poor performers (in descending order)

above does assume "Name" is unique value - if not the case (ie two instances of same name but for different persons) the above can be modified accordingly
