Creating Lists of Players on certain Teams

On a fantasy football draft excel sheet, I have a list of all the players. Next to that, I will input the teams that draft them.
On a separate sheet, I would like a column for each team listing the players that they drafted.
It doesn't seem like it should be that hard, but I can't seem to get it to work.

This pivot table solution will allow a player to be listed on more than one team. I think you'll want this with fantasy sports.
