    Unhappy Counting texts against particular criteria

    Hello,

    Can anyone help me in following case:

    Say in Column A, I have different years (say 2000-2010) and in Column B, I have different text messages including blank cells.

    how can I find out number of cases where text message is there in column B in relation to particular value in Column A (say 2000)?
