Combining If & And functions

Hello, I need help on the following:

I attached the file "assign 1" because I am having trouble setting the formulas for the following criterias...
Welcome & Thanks 30%off: This reward is given to customers who spent $0 last year and the number of years purchasing is less than one.
Please come back 50%off: This reward is given to customers who have been purchasing from the store for more than one year but have not made a purchase in the past 12 months
Thanks for being loyal25%off: This reward is givn to customers who have been making purchases for more than two years or spent more than $1,000 last year
Customer Appreciation 10%off: this reward is given to any customer who does not meet the criteria of the other three rewards.

I am lost, please help me!
