    Insert if Condition Matched.

    Hi,
I am new and i need help.
I have a worksheet in which there are round about 800 entries now my boss had assigned me a new job to insert some more rows and feed the data in them, which are fixed data.
Like in RowA, Col1 there is a name which is in the worsheet REPEATED I wanted to fill them all in one stroke.
e.g. if in RowA, Col1 the name is Francis J. the next Col. with have "Present" & next Col. "Junior" the same name is repeated (Francis J.) again in the worksheet then the next Column to be filled automatically against that name.
Will some one Please help me.
    Thanks in advance.

As long as the data you need to fill in is above the row you are trying to update you could use the following formula:

Then to get rid of the formula afterwards copy the cells with the formulas and paste special (values).
