I am new to this form and believe this is the correct place to post this.

I am making a data input sheet to more easily input data to the other sheets of the workbook. I know how to link the cells and have done this for the first set. However, there are hundreds of more cells I would have to make manually link this way.

In the data input sheet, I have the data going straight down a column so that enter can be pressed to skip from entry to entry. Each section starts in a different column on the input sheet.

The issue is that the cells that are linked to the input sheet are dispersed randomly throughout the other sheets. However, there is a pattern between each column. (For example in C3:C20 the numbers correspond to I4, J4, L4, N4, P4, R4, S4, L5, M5, J6.. etc. Then E3:E20 corresponds to cells that are 11 rows lower).

Is there any way to copy and paste the formulas and make them read from the next column? Or any other way to make Excel recognize this pattern?

Attached is a dummy file showing three examples of where I need this. The data from the first "store" is linked to the data on the Data Input sheet already.

    Thanks for any help.

Thank you Dave. I have created an example Excel file and highlighted the cells that need attention in yellow. I am attaching it to the original post now.
