Unhappy Creating a filtered validation list based on selection of another

I have a tricky one that I can't seem to figure out...

I need to create two drop down lists off the same column of data. It is a list of dates in this format (DD/MM/YYYY) with no blank cells and approx 200 rows. The first validation cell drop down has to contain all records, whereas the second list contains Only the records that are greater than the date selected in the first cell. To make it even more challenging I need to achieve this without using VBA. I can't seem to get the dependent list to work right.

    Any Ideas?
    Thanks,
    Dave

If your list of dates is in chronological order, see Sheet1, if not, see Sheet2.
