Can We negate the Conditional Formatting in DATA BARS?

While suing DATA Bars we select the following options

FORMAT Style -->
2 Colour Scale
3 Colour Scale
Data Bar
Icon Sets

Type-->
Lowest Value
Number
Percent
Formula
Percentile

Now sometimes we do use conditional formatting in such a way that the cell gets coloured when the condition is not met..

Is this possible in DATA bars too?

Why not just try it and see. That is what testing is for.

What I want to do is to for ce a Customised COlour in each Row using CONDITIONAL formatting..

I want to have each row coloured seperately to depict diifferent things in a Project Study as each row stands for different steps involved in the project.

SO I could use the NEGATIVE condition for the DATA bars to display a colour of my choice shown in COL B..
