Counting number of occurances in one coloumn to another column

Request assistance in figuring out the correct formula to use to get the information i need. I am doing a pie chart but I need to be able to pull the number of occurances that the word URGENT shows in column E for the value 4042 in column N. The value 4042 appears hundreds of times in column N. I just need to know how many times it appears as Urgent. Can a countif be used?

    Try this:

    =SUMPRODUCT(--($N$1:$N$10000=4042), --($M$1:$M$10000="URGENT"))
