replace a CONCATENATE from pivot table with fx to raw data

I inherited a file that requires extensive adjustments. The goal is to report the top four categories of OT in a single line. The current challenge is every period the number of categories change (as one can image). One month it might have 4 rows in the pivot table and the next 2. Thus the required adjustments.

Any ideas on how to bypass the pivot table and bring this data into a single row from the raw data?
