Summing the values of the items of each of 3 different groups

Different items of each of 3 groups are entered in a table with their values. A formula is required to work out the sum of the values of the items of each group.
It is rather hard to explain that in words, so, I attach a sample worksheet.
Any help will be much appreciated.
