    Posting future date on printout

My son and I have created a spreadsheet that brings up people who volunteer on a specific date of a monthly calendar. We have succeeded in printing out all the volunteers that are available on a date specified in a macro. When we print out the list for the day, there is no reference to the date we are compiling. Our macro requires us to enter a number before it compiles all the people who placed an "A" in the date column. Don't know where to go from there. Thanks for any suggestions. We have to keep this simple to generate, because the people who use the spreadsheet are not computer savy. We created buttons for all functions.

Maybe you could post the sample workbook with your code and indicate where you want the date putting ... and how it is calculated from your input.
