SumProduct Formula Count Entries in a range if another range is = 1

Hi,

Having problems with a sumproduct formula that suppose to count the entries in a range if another range value = 1, I may have messed up the formula because it should be returning a 2 but it is returning a 0

Here is the setup. I have named a range "myrange" which is Range C7:E2500

I have this formula in C3

Note: this range has vlookup formulas in them, Maybe that is an issue?

Could someone advise what is my mistake.

Maybe lose the quotes around the 1.
