    Question New Excel Programming

    Hi

I am relatively new to Excel programming and sort of stuck at work.

I have a spreadsheet with around 3000 rows of data. Example Data set is given below-

    49520 3762 RC1
    553300 12431 RC1
    553300 1864 RC1
    347310 -100 RC1
    347310 100 RC1
    B24CGK7 110 AK1
    9044548 -3000 CD1
    9051601 -6000 CD3
    9051601 -3000 CD3
    9051601 -3000 CD3
    9051601 -2000 CD1
    9051601 -3000 CD3

I need to find the sum of the middle column grouped by the 1st column and then the 3rd column.

For example, the above data must result in the following result set -

    49520 3762 RC1
    553300 14295 RC1
    347310 0 RC1
    B24CGK7 110 AK1
    9044548 -3000 CD1
    9051601 -15000 CD3
    9051601 -2000 CD1

    Any help would be appriciated?
