Excel countif function not summing up

Hello

I am trying to add a few cells together.

One of the cells has a countif funcion.

i will attach a spreadsheet.

The formula in cell C14 is not working (There is a countif in cell C12 and wondered whether this was the cause?

How can I get it to work?

You have a circular reference in G12 that is the problem.

I did originaly wonder what a circular reference was bur relooked at the formula and it is now sorted.
