this formula will properly pull numbers but it wont get text...
can someone break it down for me so I know which part needs to be changed to allow it to get text and numbers?
=IF(ROWS($A$4:$A4)>COUNTIF('AR Aging Report'!$A:$A,"*-*"),"",INDEX('AR Aging Report'!A$1:A$100,SMALL(IF(ISNUMBER(LEFT('AR Aging Report'!$A$1:$A$100)*1),ROW('AR Aging Report'!$A$1:$A$100),9^9),ROWS($A$4:$A4))))
Methinks a dummy workbook with a few examples of correct results would greatly help. As a first point, SMALL ignores text and deals only with numbers.
