Issues with using COUNTIFS to highlight duplicate rows

I have been using the =COUNTIFS function to find duplicate rows in a spreadsheet.

However, it does not always seem to work: it finds many but not all duplicate rows. I'd like to know why!

    Maybe they're not real duplicates.

Post a data sample and point out which cells you think are duplicates but are not picked up by the formula.

It could be what appears to be a duplicate is NOT, if you have trailing or leading spaces it will not be a duplicate like this "Duplicate " or " Duplicate" do not match "Duplicate".
