to fill in the blanks on a Pivot table without using copy and paste

Hi, I am new and I want to be able to fill in the blanks on a Pivot table without using copy and paste but using the previous data above to fill the blanks below each data. Please kindly check the attachment speadsheet and help insert the formula in my spread sheet. Thank you for your help.

I guess the data that you have attached is not the pivot table but a copy paste version of it right?

By fill in the blanks do you mean, that values such as Telecommunications Plc Inc., Care Limited should be copied to each empty row before the next value starts?

    - Select E2:E68
    - Press F5...Special...Blanks
    - Press = followed by the up cursor key so =E3 is showing
    - Confirm the formula with Ctrl+Enter
    - Select E2:E68 again and Copy...Paste Special...Values
