Calculating a corrected forecast

What I am trying to do is calculate a corrected forecast every time a new entity is added. On my spreadsheet, it goes from 4 entities to five, at which time the forecast is revised to reflect the new addition.............right now I have to set this up manually. I would like to be able to set it up with a formula that is able to see the change in entity and adjust the forecast accordingly. (file attached)
