Excel remove blanks from list

Hello,

Im looking for a formula or a way to remove all the blanks in a list.

Example:

A1: Dave
A2:
A3:
A4: Steve
A5:
A6: Tom
A7:
A8: Chris
A9: Mike
A10:
A11: James

I want the list like this:
Dave
Steve
Tom
Chris
Mike
James

Thanks.

I want to keep them in the same order and remove the spaces like the example above.

How do I do this?
