    Make function for extracting email information from " " 's and < > 's

    Email information formatting question:

I have information in the first column (A) styled like this:

    (Column A)
"First name Middle name Last Name" <email>

and would like it to be like this:

    (Column A)
    email
    (no brackets)

    (Column B)
    First name
    (no quotation marks)

    (Column C)
    Last name
    (no quotation marks)

This is specifically so I may import several entries for Mailchimp.

I tried out functions from here: http://www.exceltip.com/st/Extract_t...Excel/370.html and it kind of worked, but not perfectly.
