combinations/permutations

I am trying to find a function that will show all possible groupings of 21 total team players in groups of 3 without repeat. (No two players can play together twice)

1 2 3
1 4 5
1 6 7
1 8 9
1 10 11
1 12 13
1 14 15
1 16 17
1 18 19
1 20 21

etc...

Thank you for your response. Is it possible to do these combinations where no two players ever play together twice?

Clarification:

1, 2, 3 make a unique grouping AND
neither 1 & 2, 2 & 3, NOR 1 & 3 can be grouped together again.
