Multiple selection from pick list - only some cells work

Hi

I have built a file using this rather nifty and fabulous solution provided here http://www.excelforum.com/excel-work...pick-list.html. What is not making sense is that it's only working on one particular cell, while the others (which were done the same way) do not allow multiple selection.

Any clues?

OK I partially figured it out.

The string "If Target.Column = 3 Then" was copied from original example. Now how to I cover a whole contiguous range of columns? (BTW what is the character to replace the ", " so it inserts a return?)
