    Re: Rank via Formula Tables

    Hi Marreco,

in your Results table, do you want the top-4 in 1CCTO, then the top-7 in VENDAS, then the top-2 in LEADS and so on? Where does the Total information come from?

If you want to get the names in the order that you show them in column AC, you can put this formula in AC7:

    =INDEX(L:L,MATCH(ROWS(A$1:A1),K:K,0))

    and copy it down.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete

    Thank Pete_UK.

    let me explain more.
Table result, the whole was made manually.

    I need it.
which the largest of the "Cell" 1CTTO. will pick up from largest to smallest.

which the largest of the "Cell" VENDAS. will pick up from largest to smallest.

which the largest of the "Cell" LEADS. will pick up from largest to smallest.

which the largest of the "Cell" PESQUISA. will pick up from largest to smallest.

Yes, I thought that was what you wanted - I'll get back to you. But, you didn't answer my question - where does the data in column AD come from? Is that just made-up data and really you want the corresponding data from column Q to appear there?

    Re: Rank via Formula Tables

    Hi Marreco,

the attached file does what you want. Basically I have put this array formula (CSE-entered) in cell AD7:

    =LARGE(IF(J$7:J$78=AE7,Q$7:Q$78),AB7)

    and this one in AC7:

    =INDEX(L:L,MATCH(AD7,Q:Q,0))

and then copied them down. I've also re-instated the colours as before. Note that I had to change the entries in cells AE7:AE10. Note also that there is no tie-break in this, but your numbers suggest that it is unlikely that you will need one.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Marreco,

for some reason I did not get an email notification that you had posted, so I've only just seen your latest post. I have put formulae in cells C2, D2 and E2 of the Result sheet, and these are copied down with the colours re-established - similar formulae to what I had given you before.

    Hope this helps.
