Question Time/Date Conversion based on a text input possible?

    Hi Everyone,

I have to keep track of maintenance windows for server downtimes. This process has become unwieldy to do on a one off basis. Here's what I'm looking to do:
Enter the local time and date for the maintenance window in one column, ex: SAT/SUN 1AM-3AM, or TUES/THURS 1:30AM-3:30AM
Enter the timezone of the server, ex: UTC+1
Have it spit out (based on the UTC+X) the converted time and date in the same format as the first column.

The most important part to me is: the ability to convert the time based on the input for server timezone.. I don't want to organize things by timezone if I don't have to, I'd like to just be able to add items in as I need them. Let me know if the end result I'm looking for is possible, or ways I might emulate the result. I really appreciate any help/advice in advance as getting this list organized is becoming a bit of an issue in our NOC.

P.S. - is there a way based on time zone to account for DST (since each time zones may shift their DST a bit differently.)

Thanks in advance for any assistance with this issue!

Just doing a bump here - 111 views and no response. Was my request in-appropriate or asking too much at once? Feedback would be great - I need to get this done, I'm still looking for answers on my own but no luck so far
