Hyperlinking Column B if Column A has a certain value

Having trouble with this.

If column A has a set of names entered. I want it to generate a hyperlink to a folder dedicated to that name somehow.

Column A | Column B
Dave | Open Folder
John | Open Folder..
Dave
Dave
John

So say tomorrow I add another name to column A, I want it to automatically add a hyperlink to that persons name. Or something similar?

So if I add dave, I need the link to generate in the next column to his folder named dave.
