Hyperlinking Column SKU#'s to specific web address

Sorry if anything like this had been posted or answered earlier, but I'm a total Excel rook here and need some help. I have over 3,000 image files to be uploaded to a web address by SKU#. I basically take the link, add in the SKU #, upload the image, and take it from there. It takes forever.

Is there any hyperlink or macro I can apply to my whole column of SKU#'s (column C if that means anything) so it can link each # to its place in the above address or do I have to do as instructed, that being copy/pasting each individual number into the link and accessing the image that way.
