Moving row in one sheet to another sheet based upon criteria

Hi gurus. I have a puzzle. I need to move a row from one spreadsheet to another based upon whether two of the cells on a row in the sheet match two cells on a row in another sheet. I've attached a test workbook with three sheets, 1, 2 and 3. The rows to be moved to sheet 3 are on sheet 1, and the comparison sheet is sheet 2. So, I need to move sheet 1, row 2, only if cell B2 exactly matches a value in column B of sheet2, and only if cell C2 exactly matches either the F or M in the cell in the C column in the same row on sheet2.
Wheew! I hope that is clear. I have tried numerous formulae w/o success. I have not attempted a VBA solution.

If anyone can help I shall be eternally grateful.

I checked your test workbook but there is no data in sheet1. data exists in sheet2 and sheet3.

Yikes! Thanks. I got the numbers screwed up,which is probably why I'm no good at programming. Renamed sheets attached. I need to move rows from sheet 1 to blank sheet.
