Thanks for the quick response, This works OK, but one question ? Where does it take the given date to consideration ?? I need Changes counted by Support group>environment>given date (Ex:Today), let me know if this is possible...
Where in your sheet will the "given date" be displayed?

Not what I meant...
Do you only want to count the changes occurring on the current day (Today), or do you want to supply another date to count for?

My formula was counting the Support Group Name/Environment combinations that were active between the respective start date - end date ranges. What were the false counts you saw?
