Do I need to SUBTOTAL complex.
the whole calculation should be done only in cell 'C1'
The first criterion is based on column C only if the text 'OK' to be counted.
The second criterion is based on the player, if it played the same team and will be counted only once.
However if the same player for both teams will be counted.
