How to sum a range of offset ranges based on criteria

Hi,

I am trying to sum an offset range over a number of rows but only if the first cell on each row contains specific criteria.

If a cell in the range A5 to A12 contains the criteria "Pr1" then I want to sum the cell B and C and then add all the valid rows together.

So the value in cell A2 should be 8 not 3.

At the moment my formula does exactly this but ONLY for the first instance.. I can't seem to get it to look at all the rows which contain the criteria.
