Can't use 'Find' for vlookup results

Hi,

I created a vlookup function for column 'J' cells. When I put a code number in column 'D', vlookup does it's thing and finds the proper name for that code and shoots it to column 'J' for me. All is good.

But then I found that I want to search for a couple of those 'names' in column 'J'... but when I use the 'Find' drop-down, it tells me that there are no results. Obviously the 'names' are there in column 'J'... but of course the cells themselves technically only contain the vlookup function, and the 'find' feature can't see the names as I see them - it only sees a bunch of vlookup functions in column 'J'.

Is there a way to do a search of the names in this column??

I even tried to temporally copy and paste the names to another column, but of course only the vlookup functions were copied and pasted.
